Structural Latex –  a new type of material with noticeable structure .

The material produced by us is characterized by very good properties: delicacy and high elasticity with maintaining strength, silky surface, and ease of gluing supported by customer reviews.
The "wet coating" method used in the production process allows for the production of materials with a wide range of colors, and latex with the highest transparency on the market. This method also allowed achieving a width of 135cm (+/- 5%), which significantly expands the possibilities of using the latex sheet during cutting. This method also allows for the creation of color mixtures, so-called multicolors, and giving the surface a structure with different patterns, e.g., snake skin.
The smooth surface on both sides of the latex sheets enables the production of double-sided versions, e.g., black and red.
We also offer metallize and metallic colors that resemble gold, silver, etc.
For orders above 100 meters, there is also the possibility of producing a color on the customer's request.

Latex sheets are stored and transported on rolls, and their surface is protected with powder to prevent the material from sticking together and to facilitate work with latex.
Before gluing, the surfaces must be thoroughly cleaned. Petroleum ether or other preparations designed for this purpose should be used to remove powder and degrease the surface .
